• Fraser Place Puteri Harbour confirms your reservation by replying to your email with a BOOKING CONFIRMATION
• Once confirmed, booking cannot be amended.
• Voucher used for the booking will also be voided in the case of no show
• Present the booking confirmation email /Booking ID during check out
